Funky homemade 1910s style dress dating likely to the 1940s. Lovely sheer silk velvet devore fabric with oversized burnout polka dots. Long sleeves with velvet covered button detail up the forearm. High mock-neck, metal zipper halfway up back to keyhole opening. Waist sits slightly high, though not quite empire, giving dress a nice bell shape.
