TLND Estates is a full-service estate sale and management company, helping people in all stages of transition deal with their own or their loved ones' physical belongings. Whether downsizing, sorting for family, or liquidating an entire estate, TLND Estates is equipped to meet the client at whatever point in the process they find themselves. TLND's comprehensive and boutique services include sorting and decluttering, inventorying, appraisals, facilitating targeted buyer appointments, arranging donation and receipts, as well as the promotion, staffing and management of a full estate sale and final clear-out.

 

TLND Estates grew out of The Lady Next Door shop in 2021 as a way to combine owner Christine's previous work in NYC as an estate and move manager with her current position in the local vintage and antiques community. Whether dealing with high-end collectibles or everyday household items, TLND Estates has our finger on the pulse of the current resale market (and if something escapes our purview, we are connected to a wonderful network of other dealers, collectors, and specialists who can and do weigh in!). In Christine's previous work, she coordinated the downsizing of dozens of high value estates–from soup to nuts–and brings her unique large-scale project experience to every estate job. 

 

Most importantly, we provide that crucial element of empathy and care to each and every job. Since starting, TLND estates has run a handful of highly successful estate sales, from the Barrington estate of a former RISD textiles curator, to a MCM time capsule in Swansea, to an epic 21-room oceanfront "cottage" in Narragansett, each project catered to the specific needs of the individuals involved. Change at any scale can be overwhelming, and we believe in taking the necessary time to ensure everyone feels comforted and cared for throughout the entire process.
